About NSC

Founded in Fall 2020 through the merger of Aspire and PAC (Physics and Astronomy Club), the Natural Science Club has become Habib University's hub for all things science, pushing the boundaries of exploration and engagement. While COVID limited our early days to virtual talks and magazines, we've since evolved to deliver hands-on, immersive experiences. In 2023, we hosted impactful events such as a talk with Anas Niaz, founder of Bioniks, the Elemental science scavenger hunt, and Karachi's local event for the NASA Space Apps Challenge. 2024 marked another milestone, featuring astrophysics talks, Elemental 2.0, stargazing events, and the World Space Week initiative focusing on "Space and Climate Change." Now, we're thrilled to launch Spectra—Habib's first-ever Science Olympiad—poised to create a legacy that celebrates the vibrant spectrum of science
